We have understood the admission procedure of The Samithi English Medium
School, Surat and shall abide by the same.

We admit our child to The Samithi English Medium School, Surat by
undertaking that all the information we have provided and the documents
submitted by us to the school are true and accurate.

We understand that if the information/documents provided at the time of
admission are not true and bonafide, the school reserves the right to
cancel the admission with immediate effect or at any time in the future.

We agree to our child's name/photograph/video appearing on the
brochures, website, social networking sites, media and publicity material
of The Samithi English Medium School. We extend our unconditional consent
for the same.
